The 2011 National Sweetpotato Collaboraltors Group (NSCG) will likely be held in conjunction with the annual convention of the U.S. Sweet Potato Council. The location will likely be in the Alabama Gulf Shores area. The incoming chair is Tara Smith (LSU AgCenter). The chair-elect is Ramon Arancibia (Miss. State Univ.). Details of the 2011 meeting will be provided as these become available.
The 2010 National Sweetpotato Collaborators Group (NSCG) met on Saturday, Feb. 6 and Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010 in conjunction with the Southern Association of Agricultural Scientist (SAAS) and Southern Region of the American Society for Horticultural Science (SR-ASHS), February 6-9, 2010 in Orlando, FL. The NSCG meeting venue was Wyndham Orlando Resort.

Single/Double $139, Triple $154, Quad $164. Deadline to receive group rate is January 14. Group rate applies 3 days prior and after conference dates.

Reservations should be made by calling 1-800-421-8001 and identify yourself as part of the Southern Association of Agricultural Scientists (or SAAS) to receive the group rate.

Abstracts of your presentation are due by December 15, 2009 in order to be included in the Collaborators Annual Progress Report. Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to the moderator of your session for review. For reference, a sample abstract is available for download.
